Residential Concepts, Inc. employs over 60 qualified Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) who work together to deliver services and provide support that addresses the specific needs of the people who participate in our programs. Our team is compassionate, dedicated to providing superior care, and committed to improving the lives of people with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities (I/DD).
DSP JOB OPPORTUNITY: Here at RCI, our DSPs are an integral part of our business model. Their work goes beyond caregiving and housekeeping, requiring decision-making and problem-solving skills, strong communication skills, administering medication, promoting independence, teaching new skills, and more.
